Delivery Timeline

The delivery time for your order starts from the date of order confirmation.

We use reliable courier partners such as Bluedart, XpressBees (Smarter), and Delhivery to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Within India

The usual delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation*, depending on the product.
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.

Additional Timelines:

Ready-to-Wear Sarees: Additional 7 business days
Customized Products (Blouse stitching, etc.): Additional 7–10 business days
Handcrafted Products: Dispatch may take 15–20 working days

International Shipping

Shipping charges are applicable based on order weight
Handcrafted Products: Dispatch may take 30–35 working days
Customers are responsible for custom duties and local taxes at the time of delivery, as per their country’s regulations

Urgent Orders

For urgent deliveries, customers are requested to contact the Karigha team before placing the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders will be dispatched only after confirmation via call/message/email
If there is no response within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled
Prepaid orders are processed directly without confirmation

Delivery Attempts

If the first delivery attempt fails, a second attempt will be made after customer confirmation
If the second attempt also fails, additional shipping charges will apply for the third attempt
Failure to accept delivery may lead to order cancellation and restriction on future orders

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation and refunds are not allowed

In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time, our team will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue with the order.
