Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, here’s how the process works:

Exchange Approval

Once your exchange request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup of the item from your address.

Return Verification

After receiving the returned item, our team will verify its condition and contact you via WhatsApp.

Payment for Exchange

There are no charges for the exchange process. Once verification is complete, we will dispatch your replacement item.

Processing Time

The entire exchange process may take approximately 5–7 working days.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read through our return and refund policies below to ensure a smooth process.

Return Policy

To qualify for a return, the product must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return process by emailing care@karigha.com.

Important

Products purchased during sales, discounts, promotional offers, coupon code campaigns, or clearance sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Options

We offer two refund methods for your convenience:

1. Karigha Wallet Credit

• Receive 100% store credit for the full amount of your purchase.

• As a bonus, you will receive an additional ₹300 gift voucher for future purchases.

• Store credit can be used anytime on karigha.com.

• A wallet access link will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

2. Bank Transfer Refund

• Receive approximately 85% of the product value after applicable processing charges.

• A ₹200 return pickup fee will be deducted.

Please note that return charges may vary depending on the size, weight, and location of the shipment.

Refunds can be processed through:

• Google Pay

• Paytm

• PhonePe

• Bank Transfer

Cash refunds are not available.

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 business days.

Step 2: Product Inspection

After the item reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected to verify eligibility for a refund.

Step 3: Refund Issuance

Once verification is complete, we will confirm the refund amount via email or WhatsApp, and the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Returning Your Product

360° Package Opening Video

Before opening the package, please record and share a clear video showing the package condition and product. This helps us resolve any issues quickly.

Reverse Pickup

If you choose our pickup service, please ensure the product is:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• Free from damage

• Returned with all original tags and packaging

Self-Shipping

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may ship the product back at your own expense. Please include your Order Number and Return ID inside the package.

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges on eligible products.
