Return Policy

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@karigha.com

Important Note

• Products purchased during sales, discounts, coupon offers, or clearance are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

Refund Options

We offer two refund methods:

1. E-Wallet Credit (Recommended)

• Get 100% store credit
• Receive an extra ₹300 gift voucher
• Can be used anytime on karigha.in
• Wallet access link will be shared via email or WhatsApp

2. Bank Transfer

• Receive approximately 85% refund of product value
• ₹200 return pickup charge will be deducted (may vary based on product size/weight)

Refunds are processed via:

• Google Pay / Paytm / PhonePe / Bank Transfer
• ❌ No cash refunds

Return Process

1. Initiate Return: Once approved, we arrange reverse pickup within 2–3 business days
2. Inspection: Product is checked at our warehouse
3. Refund Issued: Refund confirmation via email/WhatsApp and processed within 2–3 business days

Returning Your Product

• 360° Video Required: Record a video before opening the package showing product condition
• Reverse Pickup: Ensure item is unused with tags intact
• Self-Shipping: If pickup is unavailable, ship at your own cost with Order ID & Return ID

Exchange Policy

• We offer free exchange on eligible products
• Reverse pickup will be arranged after approval
• Replacement product will be shipped after quality check at no extra cost

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
• After delivery, follow the return process
